6. Disclaimer as regards the Garioch Community Sports Hub
6.1 The Garioch Community Sports Hub is a voluntary body. We are in the process of applying to become a SCIO (incorporated charity). None of the Executive Committee or the Ordinary Committee are paid nor able to commit fully to the position of Web Administrator. We are using the website to develop the ability of clubs in the Garioch area to acquire new volunteers, sign up for courses and be better informed about opportunities such as funding, for example. We will never compromise any of our users experience for any inappropriate purpose and we only intend to use information you supply to us, and in such a way only as to fulfil the purpose for which you gave us your personal information for. In any such exceptional circumstances where this requires derogation, a committee member will contact you before we use your information in any such other way. This subsection does not compromise nor prejudice the legal requirements we are subject to.
7. Retaining personal information
7.1 This Section 7 sets out our data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal information.
